Returns and complaints

1. The right to refuse the purchase and sale contract, return and exchange of goods
1.1. Plants and seedlings are not returned, based on the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014 July 22 by resolution no. 738, approved by the Retail Trade Rules, which, in Chapter II, Section One, Clause 15 states that "Plants, animals and foodstuffs of suitable quality are not exchangeable or returnable."
1.2. In cases where the Buyer has purchased a product other than plants in the Seller's online store, the Buyer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the Seller's online store, by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods, as well as up to delivery of goods, except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 1.3. After submitting a written notice of withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer must return the product (if it was delivered) to the Seller within 15 (fifteen) calendar days at the latest.
1.4. The right provided for in Clause 11.2 of the Rules can be exercised only by the Buyer who is recognized as a consumer according to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, i.e. i.e. a natural person seeking to conclude or entering into contracts for purposes (consumption purposes) unrelated to his business, trade, craft or profession.

1.5. In case of cancellation of the contract of sale of goods, the Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
1.6. Quality goods to be returned or exchanged must be undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance (unremoved and undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc.), consumer properties and cannot be used. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same set as the Buyer received, with the purchase document and other product accessories. If the product is not fully assembled, the packaging is damaged, messy or damaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it and not to return the money paid by the Buyer for the product.
