Purchase rules
Rules for buying and selling goods in the online store www.geliugija.lt
1. Concepts
1.1. The seller is MB "Gėlių gija", legal entity code 306358103.
1.2. Seller's online store - the Seller's electronic store located at www.geliugija.lt.
1.3. Buyer - 1) able natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order; 2) a minor between fourteen and eighteen years of age who has the consent of his parents or guardians, except in cases where he is emancipated; 3) legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons. 1.4. Parties - Buyer and Seller together.
1.5. Rules - these rules for buying and selling goods in the Seller's online store.
1.6. Privacy policy - a document approved by the Seller, which contains the basic rules for collecting, storing, processing and storing personal data using the Seller's online store.
2. General provisions
2.1. During each purchase of goods, the Buyer approves the Rules after familiarizing himself with them and ticking the box next to the statement "I have familiarized myself with the rules for the purchase and sale of goods and I agree with them". The Rules approved in this way are a binding legal document for the Parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the parties' responsibilities and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Seller's online store.
2.2. The Buyer, by confirming the Rules and having familiarized himself with the Privacy Policy, also confirms that he has the right to purchase goods in the Seller's online store.
2.3. The seller, for important reasons (taking into account changes in laws and/or legal norms, changes in market conditions or other objective grounds, etc.) has the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules, specifying the date of their last revision in the Rules. If the buyer has placed an order before the conditions have been changed, the previously valid conditions will apply and the buyer's order will be fulfilled under such conditions.
2.4. The Buyer must familiarize himself with the Privacy Policy approved and published by the Seller.
3. Conclusion of the goods purchase-sale agreement
3.1. The Buyer can purchase goods in the Seller's online store both by registering, i.e. by entering your registration name and password, as well as without registering in the Seller's online store.
3.2. When ordering goods, both with and without registration, in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller, the Buyer must specify the personal data required for the proper execution of the order, provided in the Order Form.
3.3. The contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after choosing the goods to be purchased and creating a basket of goods, familiarizing himself with and confirming the Rules, choosing a payment method, confirms and pays for the order.
3.4. Each sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the database of the Seller's online store. Data is stored for no longer than 2 calendar years. Upon the buyer's written request, personal data is deleted within 3 working days from the receipt of such a request.
4. Buyer's rights
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Seller's online store in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Rules.
4.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the order of goods according to the procedure established by the Rules.
4.3. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods purchased in the Seller's online store in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules.
4.4. The buyer has other rights specified in the Rules, Privacy Policy and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. Obligations of the buyer
5.1. The Buyer, using the Seller's online store and having approved the Rules, must fulfill his obligations, comply with the Rules, the Privacy Policy and the requirements stipulated in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The Buyer must pay for the goods ordered in the Seller's online store and accept them in accordance with the rules.
6. Seller's Rights
6.1. The Seller may, at its discretion, initiate various promotions or games in the Seller's online store. The seller has the right to change the conditions of promotions or games, as well as to cancel them. The change of conditions appears on the first page when the customer enters the online store. With changed promotions or games. conditions, the buyer may not agree. If the customer has placed an order before the promotion or game conditions have been changed, the conditions applicable before that time will apply and the customer's order will be fulfilled under these conditions.
6.2. The Seller has the right to change, suspend or terminate the operation of certain functions of the Seller's online store or their part, as well as to change the services provided by the Seller
